Gateway & MCP
Named packs such as india_core and india_bfsi expand to built-in policies on evaluate and on the OpenAI-compatible gateway (KAVACH_GATEWAY_POLICIES). Non-stream replies are screened again so the model cannot leak Indian PII after generation.
